    2. What spaces does Discern Living design? 
    We create designs for your complete home. We do false ceiling, civil work, painting, curtains and the management of your entire project.  You can take our Style Quiz to discover your style; Classic, Ethnic, Modern or Trendy. Based on your style, we recommend curated looks for your living room, dining room, bedroom, kitchen, and other areas of your home. We offer hardwood loose furniture, modular furniture, lighting, décor, bed & bath products, art and much more.
     
    3. Which cities does Discern Living operate in?
    We currently offer full home interior solutions in Mumbai and Pune. However, you can shop on our website and get our products delivered across India. 
     
    4. How does the process of doing my interiors with Discern Living work? 
    Once we receive your enquiry, we will assign a designer to you who will call you to understand your requirements and set up a meeting. During the meeting, you will get to know your designer better and explain in detail what you would like to have in your home. Your designer will discuss design options so that you are clear about what is possible. Following the meeting, you will receive an estimate of cost. In order to move forward, upon the payment of 10%, your designer will begin detailed drawings and designs. Upon finalisation of the drawings, you will make a payment of 40% to commence your site work. The remaining 50% shall be payable as per the payment schedule shared with you along with the scope of work. 
     
    5. How much time will it take for my home interiors to be completed? 
    Typically, it takes 8 to 12 weeks to hand over your home from the day the designs are finalised. You can read more about the process here.

    7. What happens at the first consultation?
    The very first thing that happens at the first consultation is we try to understand your requirements and budget. We schedule a site visit so that we can plan out your home better.
     
    8.Can I reschedule my design consultation?
    Absolutely. You can reschedule your consultation with our designers. Please do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow other clients to take your time slot.
     
    9. Do you charge for your first meeting?
    No, the first meeting is scheduled for free. 
     
    10. How do you show the final design?
    We don’t just show you your final design, we help you visualise your home interiors with the help of our 3D panoramic walkthrough.
     
    11. Can you manage the entire project?
    Yes. Once you have signed up with us, you can sit back and relax. We take care of your entire project with regular updates about every activity that takes place at your site.     12. Do you charge for your first meeting?
    No, the first meeting is scheduled for free. 
     
    13. Do I have to make purchases through you?
    We offer a wide range of products with preferrable rates for our customers  and which we deliver for free. If you like our suggested products you can always make your purchases through us.
     
    14. How do you charge?
    We usually charge 10% at the time of signup, 40% for your bookings, and 50% before delivery.
     
    15. What will my project cost?
    The cost of your project depends on your requirements and choices of material, among other things. 
     
    16. I like the products in your online catalogue, but are you also able to customise furniture as per my requirements?
    Discern Living offers customised kitchens, wardrobes, and storage furniture. We design everything according to your requirements and give you exactly what you are looking for.     17. I need a false ceiling, electrical and painting work done. Does Discern Living offer these services?

  • Orders, Return & Payment+
    1. Where do you ship?
    We ship all over India. However, for certain remote locations, serviceability depends on the product that you select and the coverage of our delivery partners. To be sure, enter your delivery pin code on the product page to check serviceability in your location. 
     
    2. Are there any additional delivery fees?
    No, we don’t charge any additional delivery fees on any of our products.
     
    3. Do you have a warranty for your products?
    We give a warranty of up to 5 years on our products. 
     
    4. Is cash-on-delivery available?
    No, as of now, we don’t have cash-on-delivery as an option. All orders are prepaid. However, if there is any issue with your product, we are here to replace it or refund the amount. 
     
    5. Furniture and décor are expensive! Do you have EMIs or other financing options available?
    Yes, EMI options are available. Upon checkout, you can choose the EMI option depending on the credit card you are using. We also have financing options for orders worth INR 1 lakh and above.     6. How do I cancel an item or order?
    If you have placed an order and wish to cancel, be sure to get in touch with us within 24 hours on this number  +91 9699316905 or you can write us on wecare@discernliving.com post that, items, once ordered, cannot be canceled. If there is any issue with your product, we shall immediately replace the item or refund your money. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details. 
     
    7. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    You can check the estimated arrival date by entering your pin code while you place the order.
     
    8. Can I add items to an existing order?
    Unfortunately, you cannot add items to existing orders. However, you can place a new order on our site.
     
    9. What methods of payment do you accept?
    Discern Living accepts payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UPI, Wallets and PayUmoney.
     
    10. How do I apply a coupon code to my order?
    On checkout, you can enter your coupon code under the ‘Order Summary’ section. Once entered, click on ‘Apply Coupon’.

    When you sign up with us, you take our Style Quiz. Based on your Style Quiz results, we customise your shopping experience all the way, 100%. So, go ahead and sign up now! When your account is created, you can View Profile, see your products in My Wishlist, and check your order details in My Orders.
     
    3. How can I update my shipping address?
    Please visit the My Account section and follow the instructions given here. Go to ‘Saved Addresses’ and click on the ‘+’ sign. You can edit or remove your present address and add the new address by clicking ‘Add a New Address’. Your changes will be saved to your account.
     
    4. How safe is my personal information when I sign up?
